Converting paper-based documentation to electronic image files provide for the most consistently convenient means of accessing information. Carmel’s non-proprietary output scheme allows our customers unlimited access to their records without the need for capital equipment expense, or the purchase of specialized viewing software. We guarantee the delivered image files to fully function on your existing operating system.
Black & White, Gray Scale and Color document scanning services are available. Customized to suit your specific application, Carmel will provide the means to completely and competitively convert your paper-based documentation in the most efficient and practical of means. Coupled with resolution ranges from 200 Dots-per-Inch (dpi) to 1,200 (dpi), Carmel’s efforts ensure the delivered image files are of optimum quality while maintaining an acute awareness of conversion expense.
While Carmel outputs most image files in either the Group-IV TIFF, or the PDF/A schemes, many conversions require import into existing management software necessitating adherence to other formats. Carmel’s goal is to consistently deliver a quality product in a manner requiring little, or no intervention on our customers’ part. Our production model is customized to produce an image file readily accessible by our customers’ existing system.
